1. Eligibility: 1.1 The competition is open to individuals who meet the specified eligibility criteria, including age, academic background, or professional status, as outlined in the competition guidelines. 1.2 Employees, affiliates, sponsors, and immediate family members of the organizing committee are not eligible to participate. 1.3 Participants must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.
2. Submission Guidelines: 2.1 All entries must be original and the sole work of the participant. 2.2 Participants may submit their designs within the specified timeframe, as outlined in the competition guidelines. 2.3 Designs must adhere to the theme and specifications provided in the competition guidelines. 2.4 Submissions must be made through the designated submission platform and in the required format.
3. Intellectual Property Rights: 3.1 By participating in the competition, participants acknowledge that the intellectual property rights, including copyrights, of their submitted designs remain with them. 3.2 Participants grant the competition organizers a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the submitted designs for promotional purposes related to the competition.
4. Judging and Results: 4.1 The judging process will be conducted by a panel of qualified judges, whose decisions will be final and binding. 4.2 The competition organizers reserve the right to disqualify any entry that violates the Terms and Conditions or fails to meet the specified guidelines. 4.3 Winners will be notified by email or through the contact information provided during registration. It is the responsibility of participants to ensure that their contact details are accurate and up-to-date. 4.4 The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the competition if necessary, without liability or obligation.
