Competition Information:
Submission Dates:
- Batch 1: August to September 2023
- Batch 2: November to December 2023
Submission Requirements: Each competitor must submit four views of their rendered design, focusing on the following areas:
- Living Room
- Dining Area
- Kitchen Area
- Master Bedroom Area
All designs must include furniture design views.
Rendered 3D Views: Competitors are free to use any 3D software of their preference to create the rendered 3D views. Let your imagination soar and bring your designs to life!
Prizes: There will be three prizes awarded to the winners from each interior design academy/school:
- Grand Prize
- 1st Runner-up
- 2nd Runner-up
Prize Giving Ceremony: Winners will have the opportunity to showcase their exceptional talent during the prize giving ceremony. They will present their design concepts to an enthusiastic audience, including industry professionals and fellow designers.
Certificate of Participation: All participants will receive a certificate of participation in MIDCA, serving as a valuable testimonial of their involvement in this esteemed competition.
Submission Process: Please submit your design entries to your respective lecturers at your designated school on the predetermined submission dates. Your lecturers will guide you through the submission process and ensure that your designs are properly considered for judging.
Judging: The judging process will be conducted by the respective lecturers from each participating school. They will carefully evaluate and assess the designs based on their creativity, innovation, functionality, and overall aesthetic appeal.
